On Royal Road there is a donation link if you feel so inclined. I am debating on having a subscription for the Inkitt. Wattpad has not been fully re-edited so it is not polished but will be getting updated to match the Inkitt for the upcoming competition.

I get having issues with something an it’s just not what you originally wanted….I am sorry but we gonna have a policy. You bought it, you got it, tis yours. With mild exceptions.
That being said, I know shit happens. I will hear any issues you experience and attempt to resolve in a way the best suits both parties. If that means I eat the cost here and there, so be it but that also means sometimes I will have to say no.
Examples of when I will have to say no to a return-
“I just don’t really need it.” — 0/10 not impressed, yes I have heard this…too many times T.T please don’t. Unless your being cheeky then make a joke out of it.
“They don’t like it.” – 4/10 I understand taking a chance on a purchase for a gift but do not put that chance on the seller, that’s why gift cards are an awesome option at any location able to provide them….if you are unsure and not willing to keep it please do not purchase, the world is polluted enough without the extra shipping.
“I think I want this other thing instead but need my refund right now.” …1/10 not much better but a point for audacity.
Basically, if the print quality is shit, okay lets work out returning and I can eat the return shipping. No big deal, we can fix that possibly…We are subject to the printers discretion….I am looking and will only go for “good ones” but, shit happens and I will try my hardest to get it fixed for you.
As for stuff hand made by me, HGC, like physically, it is art, technically, I will take photos as best as I can, if you reach out and ask for more images and information about a piece, I will be happy to help with that. However, returns are not going to be possible unless shipping damage and then return shipping will be paid for(by me) but required for a refund.
If there are shipping damages for POD…one, we can both yell at the feedback form. Two, might be able to do a reshipment but we will have to play that case by case because repeat damage is possible depending on the situation.
If you have had fraud, damn that sucks, I will refund when the bank says something cause that unfortunately is a potential scam tactic and I will need to wait to hear from the bank issuing payment. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
